Click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent to your registered email on your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/535209"&gt;@Em11234&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;pay close attention to the expiry date on your card...it could be due to be replaced. For now, you can get payment vouchers at Shell gas, 7-11 and Walmart, then dial 611 with your cell to add 'em to your account for payment. After than, you can look in to getting an updated / newer card or have Customer Support look into why payment failed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/535209"&gt;@Em11234&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM payment system is glitchy sometimes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again.&amp;nbsp; When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
