      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/462553"&gt;@Pooh71&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What plan do you have now?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the cheapest plan which is available to you to switch at this time?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a general observation, PM does not let its subscribers easily change to cheaper plans, particularly from the more expensive 5G to the less expensive 4G plans.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On rare occasions, PM may give individual subscribers a limited opportunity to do so. So you need to keep checking. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/462553"&gt;@Pooh71&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;most plans are now 5G plans, a cheaper plan could still be a 5G plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but yes, you won't have too many choices to downgrade, but downgrade is still possible&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, login My Account and check Change Subscriptions and see what plans they offer you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Usually you cannot downgrade plans only upgrade no matter if it is 3, 4 or 5G.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If plan does not appear on your account, you are stuck with what you currently have. Only option is to cancel current account and open a new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
