Just moving the eSIM from another phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or a new customer activating a new account with new eSIM?&amp;nbsp; If new customer, did you receive an email with a QR code for eSIM?&amp;nbsp; Might need to turn off the Bell eSIM card before installation of new PM eSIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried disabling the bell esim on the phone Im trying to enable your esim. It still will not install. I did not get an email with the QR code either. If this cannot be resolved then I just want my funds refunded back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if you can fix this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
