      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is an alert to Public Mobile customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a working service, PM is fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For 10 months now they have not&amp;nbsp; provisioned me a data connection, and I've asked for suppport daily.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best bet is to stay away from them!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
