    <description>&lt;P&gt;It was working fine before, service is still alive after a year. I just cannot access the myaccount page all i want to do is change the plan by accessing myaccount. It just brings me to the loop of Login-Resume activation-Order simcard (I already have a working simcard that i cannot access because it is non existant event though service is working and is still being charged?)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I'd like to submit a ticket for an issue where I've had the plan for past couple years but I have not been able to access the account today. It wanted me to activate, but when I click the button it just shows me an error page and the loop becomes infinite.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
