    <description>&lt;P&gt;Phonebox use Rogers and Telus network.&amp;nbsp; Try select Phonebox and provide the phone number and the account number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if the app does not accept that, then pick a new number first and complete the activation.&amp;nbsp; After the activation done and you confirmed the line works, log back into My Account, and go to Profile page and click Transfer phone number.&amp;nbsp; Transferring at that stage does not require you to choose the carrier you ported from, you just need to provide account number and phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just in case it still ask you for provider name, then you can ask PM to help to put by open ticket&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
