      <title>Porting from another carrier didn't complete. I can make calls but not receive them</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a confirmation text from my carrier and replied to it, but it didn't seem to work because a few days later I realized I couldn't receive phone calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have since cancelled that membership because I believed that my phone was working. I could make phonecalls as expected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I have the porting process restarted or am I out of luck and will forever only be able to make phone calls only?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't get through on the phone number provided. The only response I get is "there is no active port available" and "we'll send you a text with further instructions" but I can't receive texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It also says to go to koodo's website and use the automated chat to schedule a callback, but I can't receive phone calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Further issues: I went to Koodo's website and used the automated chat bot. It says "If you cannot receive phone calls, leave us a Facebook message"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have Facebook any longer. I'd just like to speak to a human and not a chat bot that goes in circles.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
