You need a phone with VoLTE for almost all of the US.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you enable roaming on your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where are you located in US?       <description>&lt;P&gt;try changing to 4G or LTE, many said it is easier to connect&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and try all 3 different networks.&amp;nbsp; Change to them manually: AT&amp;amp;T, T-Mobile and Verizon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
