sorry, PM has no roaming service in Cuba (they only have roaming service in US and Mexico)

So, you will have to use local data sim or travel esim for mobile data. Use VoIP app TextNow to make and receive calls and text with the 10 digits number assigned by the app

You can also use WhatsApp when connected to wifi or data from your local SIM in Cuba.
