    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issues. Sounds like you are never allowed to downgrade. I pay for 6 different cell plans for family members. All different plans. On ever plan there is no option to pick a less expensive plan. Only more expensive ones are available. If you pick a more expensive one, all the ones less expensive than that disappear.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's possible they will open up some plans to more customers as Black Friday gets closer. Other than that you can try contacting customer support to ask if they will switch it for you but there's no guarantee they will say yes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As of last spring, we could no longer bounce in and out of whichever plans we want. For those winter snowbirds wanting the currently offered Canada / US / Mx plans will be in for a rude surprise when they get home and find they have very limited options for downsizing plans again. I know of a few PM customers have found better options elsewhere.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
