Hi,

How do I log in into my account if they send a verification code by SMS when I am abroad and not receiving SMS?

@Ina2 .hit resend a few times or out in wrong code several times and you should get option for code to be sent to email instead

I did that and it still takes me back to email and password and then again the code

The options I get are either send text or send voice message, both of which do not work abroad

@Ina2 maybe you can do this without agent's help. The reset password trick worked for many

Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID

Reset your password to self service account. Once reset, sign in again with new password. Might be able to receive 2FA via email instead to gain access.
(!!!You will need to click Resend Code and then Send email to trigger the 2FA to email)
Potential workaround (for some): If you don't have access to SMS OTP, try entering an incorrect OTP code 4 times. For some individuals, this is giving the option of an email instead.
