      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I reached 95% of data usage I redeemed 20 points to get 3GB of extra data. My account now shows the additional data but once I reached 100% usage of my regular plan amount, I was cutoff. What gives? Will I lose those 3 unused gigabytes at plan renewal. How is this not “bush league”?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Depending when n your renewal date. It will continue to use up the Add-on until it is used up or expire after 30 days. On your renewal date, it will top up your plan data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
