      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've subscribed to (and my credit card has been charged for) the Can/US/Mexico plan, but my PM app states that my services are suspended until payment is received. I don't want to pay twice!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There's nothing you can do on your end except contact a customer agent.
