Can I change my current subscription to a promotional subscription being offered? I have a $29 10GB subscription and the new one offers 20GB for the same price. When I go into manage subscriptions the promotional subscription is not one of the choices.

hi @Phatsheep-og you can only change to plans show up on the Change Subscription page on My Account. So, if that plan is showing there, Yes. If it is not there, then sorry, you cannot

Check back for offers on the website from time to time and you may get a similar or more competitive offers available to existing subscribers, which will show up your manage subscription page.
