      <title>Can't text,receive calls or text messages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched today from rogers to public mobile about 8 hours ago. I can make calls,but can't receive calls or texts. Anybody know what the problem is? Seems impossible to to contact&amp;nbsp; a human being&lt;/P&gt;</description>
