      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry,&amp;nbsp; if its not allowing you to change to it when you sign into your account and click Manage Subscription, that means you can't get it. That's for new subscribers only.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wouldn't say that is always the case, but most of promotions are for new customers only and then it is not possible to downgrade..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I go to change my plan, either in the mobile app or on the website, it's only showing me Canada-Wide or Canada/US plans.&amp;nbsp; I already have a Canada/Mexico/US plan, but apparently, I can no longer change to any of the other Canada/Mexico/US plans.&amp;nbsp; If I want to change my plan now, I can only go to Canada-Wide or Canada/US.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_down:"&gt;👎&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
