      <title>Trouble activating subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I followed all the steps for activating the subscription, but on the Transfer Number page, when I clicked activate,&amp;nbsp; an error message pops up saying "subscription not activated, something didn't go right when activating your subscription.&amp;nbsp; Click below to contact a customer support agent". I tried this several times and it still didn't work. Please help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
