How come and PC Mobile plan and reward

wondering why if you want to downgrade to lower plan -- it does not show you lower plan?
i mean my current plan right now is $34/month 5G, i wan to downgrade it to less than $30/month still at 5G -- it does not have that once i logged into my account.

I was looking at PC Mobile and they have $29/month -- 20GB - wide Canada and US calling... and the other feature which we have here... and with pre-authorized payment you would get 25GB/month. i am thinking of switching back to PC mobile as Public Mobile does not have the old reward anymore. PC mobile has pc points...etc

@Saravann that’s certainly an option the you can port back to public mobile and. They have another better deal going on , but public has the public mobile points where you can redeem $15 off your bill once your earn 15 points .but it’s free the have made it harder to downgrade plan price and just want to see people upgrade plan price , but always vote with your wallet to shape your future for the best possible deals

If you do not see some plan you want on your account then it is Not available to you and you cannot get it in any way.

PM removed option to downgrade plan.

@Saravann Go with whatever works best for you. For some people PC Mobile (and Lucky, also Bell) have the shortcoming that they have no US/Mexico roaming plans or add ons. A family member tried to go with PC Mobile (they're not on PM) and couldn't find anywhere locally to get a sim card, hopefully you have more options.

sorry, PM is now using targeting marketing so you won't see all the plans.

if you are on $35 plans, you should see the $30 plan, try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try checking using Public Mobile App

but if you really don't see it, and if another carrier has better deal, you want want to move over there, sad but follow the money

Sadly - this is what is going to be?? i mean, in common sense - you would try to keep what you have, would you not? instead people are leaving and then have to come back and create a new account? wow
