Click didn't recieve code and choose.&amp;nbsp; If you choose voicemail, call yourself from another phone to get the voicemail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and you can try to buy the esim again, just ask PM to reimburse the cost&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>eSim not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently change phones (using iPhone SE) and transferred to PM from Telus. I purchased the eSim and it was working but I had to reset my phone to factory settings after installation (to transfer contacts from one phone to the other), and now the phone doesn't send/receive texts or phone calls. I also can't access my PM account as I can't confirm the identity code texted to my phone number since my phone isn't accepting text messages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
