topic Can-US-Mex Plan in Get Support

Not really a question, just a positive comment and an observation. Recently returned from Mexico. Using my phone in Mexico worked great. No problems at all. Made one ooops, and called a friend in the USA, which i believe is not free. and after dialing at times had to pick either the roaming country or home country to make the call. One box started with a 52 (roaming country) the other started with 1 (home country). This didn't always happen. Probably whatever service provider I was using in Mexico...I believe it is between two. I knew I had to activate roaming for this to work. But everyday, all day i got an annoying notification that my roaming was on and may occur roaming charges. Tried to turn this off but couldn't figure out how. This sure is better than paying $17 a day to use my phone in another country. So when my subscription renews in a few days, i will give a big kudos to Public

Thanks.

If your call from Mexico went through to US, it should be included, right? No way to charge you separately. Maybe others can confirm.

No extra charge for calling US. so, no worries

Always call with a 1 in front or +1 in front of the 10 digits
