so, you lost your old phone and no more sim card?

buy a Public Mobile sim from Telus or Koodo or MobileKlink, or online via Amazon. After you got the card, ask PM support to update the card number. After PM confirmed that is done, then you can insert the card and use it on your new phone

Are currently with PM?

If you are, just transfer the SIM card to the new phone. Or if it is a eSIM, download the PM app on the new phone and login to your account then purchase a new (free) eSIM.
