Hi... my brother was recently texted offering an upgrade to a $29 20GB Can-US-Mex plan. I didn't get a text offering this plan but would like to upgrade to this plan as well. I am currently on the basic $15/mo plan. How can I get the text message with the plan offer? Thanks 🙂 I read online that tagging @CS_Agent might help... if not my apologies!

Offers are targeted. Not everyone will get these offer. I didn't receive any.

When you sign into your account, the offers that are there are what you can switch to. Regrettably CS agents will not switch you to any activations only.
