@Abbi2 to change your email address sigin into your account and click on the Profile tab Manage Eversafe ID. Click on the email address or arrow and change and press save and confirm

With the website, In your self service account, go to profile Go to Eversafe login section. Then you can edit email

Via the app, Go to account, then select Manage login

The above are no longerr the correct steps.

The self self serve website now requires customers to open the profile tab and then click on Manage EverSafe ID. After doing that, you'll then need to clicks select the arrow on the right side of the email address area.

If using the Public Mobile smartphone app, you'll need to go open the Account area and then into Manage Login (Secured by EverSafe). The option to change the e-mail address is inside there.
