      <description>&lt;P&gt;I guess you were not charged, correct?&lt;BR /&gt;Did you have any funds on account and 'accidentally' charged not touching your credit card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Legend goes after 90+ days of NO PAY your account is deleted. Were there Really 90 days of no pay?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/330064"&gt;@CL23&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When did you last pay your account?&amp;nbsp; Check your credit card to make sure that you were charged.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It actually should be about 120 days after the last payment when the account will be permanently closed and number lost.&amp;nbsp; It takes 30 days for the account to be suspended and then additional 90 days of suspension for account to be closed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And if the account is still open today, make sure you go in and Unscrbibe under the Manage Subscription tab.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To remove the cc from file, you have to ask an agent to do that for you using the chatbot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
