    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just got a new line with Public Mobile, but I’m running into some issues getting started.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve activated my SIM and set up my account, but I’m not able to make calls / send texts / use data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here’s what I’ve tried so far:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarting my phone&lt;BR /&gt;Checking APN settings&lt;BR /&gt;Ensuring my plan is active in my account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything else I should try? Any help would be greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/532916"&gt;@HenryLo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you activate a physical card or eSIM ?&amp;nbsp; Port over your number?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does your phone pick up any PM signal?&amp;nbsp; Which model phone?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your account status is active, you could also try a network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
