I received a 20gb 5g can, us, mex plan offer via text for $29/m. I need more details on the plan and confirmation that this is a legitimate offer from public mobile. The offer reportedly expires Mar 18th. Thank you!

@BW63 , the text you received is legit. I have heard of customers getting this offer, not a chosen one myself unfortunately. As for the plan details, it is pretty much self explanatory, you get a $29/20GB plan with all the usual talk and text features and the plan works in Canada, US, Mexico seamlessly as if these were a single country. You will need a VoLTE capable phone for talk to work in the US. This is not unique restriction of this plan offer, the US no longer have a 3G network.

It is a legit offer. Several existing customers were offered similar deals. Basically, it is similar to the previous Boxing day/Black friday plans. New marketing text offer. Unlimited talk, text to Canada/US and Mexico. Roaming in those countries also. Same voice mail, call display, etc.
