My account for 45$ was due mar 11. I put 30 in vouchers to change to 30 account. I have neither account.

if you don't see the voucher amount you loaded, try again using browser with Incognito mode and check again

Is your plan suspended then? Do you have active service?

Check your payment history page in your self service account. Do you see the $30 loaded into your account? Do you see the withdrawal of $45 yesterday for your plan cost?

My acc has an invalid card on file. I use vouchers . My acc expires on mar 11. I put a 20 and a 10 in vouchers on mar 11 and switched to a 30 plan or so i thought
