never received my sims card yet it was suppose to arrive today.

Sim card delivery is not really 3 days as it shows. 3 days just when it will be shipped out. it usually is 1 week but could be up to 3 weeks

But ask PM to check .

It can take up to 10 business days for physical SIM card to arrive. If more than 10 business days, then contact customer service agent for help. Otherwise, you will need to wait. Usually via Canada post, with no tracking.
