      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im trying to login and pay my daughter’s cell bill. We’ve been PM customers for over 2 years now. Why am I getting a “Fobidden AI” message when I try to log in and pay her bill. How can I get past this? She will have no cell service if I don’t pay by tomorrow.
