Virtual queue?

Multiple times today, while trying to log into the app, I got thrown into something called a virtual queue, which wouldn’t let me get onto the website until I waited my turn. What the heck is this and is this permanent? I’ve never heard of an app not being able to accommodate its users.

Same thing happened to me today and in the past. It told me to wait one minute with promise of some deal. After the wait, I was in my account. No deal. Just waste of time. App has been glitchy recently.

Never happed to me using computer and logging in into PM site.

You would have to provide more info what you did and where.

@bobit @funpig1 I also had the same problem several times but the final result was still no deal. 😁
