How do I contact public mobile support or submit a ticket

The chat bot just keeps asking me to log in, so I log in, and then it asks me to log in again. I'm definitely logged in. However, I can't figure out where to submit a ticket or contact support.

I have the exact same problem!!!! Can’t transfer my number and there is nobody there to help me 😔

The chat bot just keeps referring me to dead end links that circle to nowhere. There never is a link that let's me submit a ticket or contact support from public mobile

If you can't get the chat icon bottom right of this page to work to submit a ticket, then use this link to private message customer service
