If you do, just disable it temporarily and see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue when I installed the Cloudflare app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There is a setting to limit downloads to wifi only and a setting to save data by using lower quality resolution. You should disable these settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also check you location and signal.
