I referred my friend but she didn't get 10.00 off her bill. Does this 10.00 come off the next payment or should it have been off the first invoice? I see that it takes a while for the 'referrer' to be credited (my first one to commit)

the $10 is not to take off from the initial payment. it is a credit to be added to her account within 72 hours of the activation , and the money will be use on the first renewal

so, ask your friend to wait 3 days and login My Account to check. It should be there in Available Funds. Just in case it is not there after 3 days, she can then ask PM herself to check

you coulda got a "CHA_CHING" notification when your friend successfully activate AND used your referral code you provided....did you get that text ?

No I didn’t get the ‘CHA_CHING” text.
I did use code and it said would be automatically applied at end (can’t remember wording)
