My wife and I have 3 phones between us and working on getting them switched over to public, we have a referral code for the first one from a friend but wondering if I can give myself(different email) a referral code for the other 2 phones. If so can I get a referral code before I enter the Sim card in the first phone? So I can switch them all over the same time.

use your own code for your other 2 phones. Wait until your first line is fully activated and functioning, login My Account, and get the Referral code on My Account

Once you open your account using your email, you can use your referral code to open a second (or third, etc) account using a second (or third, etc) email. That is what I did for my family, friends etc.
