      <title>Unable to change payment type, notAbleToProcessRequest-Bank says not them. Tried 2 cards,app,private</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to change payment type so can turn my phone back on. Been trying for 2 days with no success.&amp;nbsp; Tried a Visa in private window and a Visa Debit Card.&amp;nbsp; Also tried using app on phone.&amp;nbsp; Called bank, they said can see request, they are not denying it and are claiming it is not their end.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Go into your browser settings, enter "Cache" and clear the cache. Close the entire browser and try again. This time when you reboot, then go into incognito mode and try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
