Sorry no Public Mobile support here. We are all customers like yourself so no personal information should be posted so edit your post.

When you sigin into your My Account, click Manage Eversafe , profile tab. There is an option to reset voicemail there.

The above steps aren't correct. At no time does the customer need to click on anything that says Manage EverSafe, though the option to reset the voicemail password is in the Profile section of the My Account website. In the Public Mobile app, the option is in the Account tab.
