      <title>Finding an account number</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently switched service providers from public to Rogers.&amp;nbsp; My account with public is supposedly closed but the Sim card and old phone number are still working.&amp;nbsp; How can I get my old account number with public to transfer my phone number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you ported out your number to another provider your account is closed and you cannot gain access to it anymore. Log in will not work.&lt;BR /&gt;if your PM SIM works then account is not closed. Old number if ported will of course work with new SIM (another provider).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something is missing here. Some more info is needed. Did you port or not?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if you cannot access your account open a ticket and ask agent for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For Account number click on Profile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Meow_0-1741636675029.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/skins/images/D358C8D565F088542DCB58E37E230E5D/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="Meow_0-1741636675029.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
