    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an unlocked Samsung Galaxy s10. I am able to see bars on my phone with public. But I can't call or text or use data. Any solutions? I tried resetting networks, re inserting sim, restarting. Nothing works yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid my bill recently. This is my first time using the service. I came back to Canada after travelling internationally and using an international cell service. No settings that I changed myself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried to change the network to 3g 4g global 5g. Nothing works. No connection to mobile data but I have full bars of service. That's it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
