      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a new subscriber and unfortunately eSIM activation failed, is there any advise on what to do to have this fixed? It’s been 12 hours now since I made the payment and unfortunately my old provider sim got deactivated so I now don’t have any access to service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moreover, been unable to access customer service and connect to an agent!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
