my plan is $13/month,no data, today I checked my history usage, every early morning like 12am used 16.1Mb, but I didn’t used data that time?I have 2g bonus data from PM Christmas time last 2 years ago!if everyday early morning used the 16mb ,I think my bonus data will be finish.should I sent messages to the PM customer service ?thanks

PM does not update the data usage constantly. In fact, it only update it twice a day.

So, any entry you see is just a total usage between that timestamp and the timestamp of the previous entry. The early morning usage you see on the Usage log does not mean it was used in the morning but a total usage for the last 12 hours.

And the 16Mb is just a cache usage on the system. It really means nothing to subscribers as that cache usage will be reset daily

@Shirly19 , the usage meter includes the data add-ons and the included, so it rather confusing to figure out what is legacy usage and what is ongoing usage.

Thanks reply back quickly, if16mb just a cache usage on the system,but everyday this cache data will count my 2 G data ,how can I block this cache data from my 2 G data?thanks

it shouldn't count towards your 2GB data as it will be reset daily. You can simply ignore that
