      <description>&lt;P&gt;My friend referred me and helped me get started with public Mobility &amp;nbsp;went through all the steps and &amp;nbsp;couldn’t at first get the old Bell SIM card out &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rebooted but now Old SIM is out and in the Network area and it says no SIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when she try’s to call gets a message “last line no Longer available’I will attach screen shots and hope that helps &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(want to be careful not to lose anything)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Where do I find the PM Sim to make sure its primary?&amp;nbsp; It says SIMS&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;and the first one says Cellular Data&amp;nbsp; 250 719-6030&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; next line&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Used as "Primary" 1(250) 719 6030&amp;nbsp; no sim&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;next line says&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;add eSim (which i already had in setup steps)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We did put a ticket in so hopefully that doesn't mess things up&amp;nbsp; - thanks for your help I feel we are getting closer.&amp;nbsp; Just don't want to erase something I can't retrieve have regrets since haven't done this before.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Paint&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
