      <description>&lt;P&gt;So both my wife and I are experiencing network connection issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Our plans renew today but it's saying neither of us have a subscription, yet it shows that it's active and there's MORE than enough money in our accounts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Banking info wasn't changed, nothing has changed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you paid the bill then service should be there.&lt;BR /&gt;Did you try to reboot your phone? (turn phone off/on).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
