Hello @customer service

I haven't been able to receive or make phone calls on my phone, though I can send/receive text messages. I think it may be a problem with the SIM card, I bought a new card. I tried "Change SIM card" within my account. However it is not allowing me to "Save changes".

Please advice

Maybe browser has an issue with PM web site. If your SIM card is never used, try using clean browser, clear cache or try incognito mode. Use computer to swap SIM cards.
