      <title>Pre-activation not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I posted earlier about a SIM card not showing up.&amp;nbsp; So I may go to a store and pick one up.&amp;nbsp; Customer service said it would be a couple of days to process and 10 more days to receive it if they sent another one out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I log in to my account I am given the option to Resume Activation.&amp;nbsp; But when I click that I get the error below.&amp;nbsp; So I'm not sure it will be any good even if I buy a card from a store as the activation process seems to be broken.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; When I click the Try Again button, it just comes back with the same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_______________&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We encountered an error processing your request.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I did pay the first month.&amp;nbsp; A family member picked up a SIM card tonight and will bring it over for us to activate.&amp;nbsp; I do have the app, so will try that route.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
