      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ported my number to Kodoo and then tried to cancel my subscription with Public Mobile but I can't access my account anymore...is that normal? Are we done already?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
