I could text help to that short code and receive a response back, but for some reason I can't receive a one time code from that number anymore. This is weird, is public mobile blocking one time code in text msg from overseas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have enable roaming on my phone. I need to receive verification code in txt msg from a U.S. online portal in order to log in. But the attempt was failed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone knows how to...Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Regular international text are ok but not shortcodes.&amp;nbsp; It might work on some providers sometime and experience show it will broke sometime&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;only Canadian shortcode text found here are guaranteed&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.txt.ca/en/current-short-code-programs/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;https://www.txt.ca/en/current-short-code-programs/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So, it is better to check with your overseas bank and see if you can receive the 2FA using other ways, such as email or authenticator app.&amp;nbsp; I understand email is not an option for you, check with your US bank and arrange alternative or disable 2FA completely.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had similar problems, I msged public mobile support, they apparently refreshed some sms center/network or something and now I can receive shortcode text, like 2FA text from various US services now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Short codes are designed to be received within the country, not guaranteed to be able to received overseas.&amp;nbsp; it is by design, not a PM problem.&amp;nbsp; It is to avoid spam text.&amp;nbsp; Get the code via phone calls or setup Authentication app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
