    <description>&lt;P&gt;Update: next day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;still nothing is working, got new eSIM installed, did nothing, updated phone to newest &amp;nbsp;IOS, rebooted phone, reset network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can’t receive or send sms.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Tried a network reset,still nothing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;data and phone calls work just fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;IPhone 14&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/531214"&gt;@Moni04&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you still have the old sim card there?&amp;nbsp; remove it if it is a physical sim.&amp;nbsp; If it is esim, disable the old carrier esim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if you have iPhone, make sure iOS and carrier are both updated, and you can disable iMessage first, reboot and re-enable&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or if you have an Android, disable RCS first, reboot and re-enable it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes the old sim is out and only have the eSIM for PM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I turned iMessage back on as well but it can not verify my number and is using my email to receive and send iMessages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
