      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have a physical SIM card, on the back of it is a serial number.&amp;nbsp; I had to take a photo to read mine...&amp;nbsp; Anyways once you have that, ask PM to initialize it for you.&amp;nbsp; This is what I had to do to solve this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
