      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried submitting a support ticket multiple times now and keep getting an error message even with all of the required iunfo seemingly submitted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I Just signed up with you folks and the number transfer never worked. I restarted my phone multiple times and waited over 24 hours but the new esim only ever had the temp number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a message from Virgin, my old provider, indicating a number transfer had been received. I also got a message from Public Mobile that asked me to say YES to confirm, and I did this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I deleted the esim thinking I could download it again, but I guess I need a new one now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not sure what to do here and I've been out a phone for a couple days now. Pretty frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
