i paid for a us roaming addon 8$ now my account is showing no add on i dont have the service i paid for and my credit card was charged.

Purchasing Add-ons is a TWO step process. Once you add the funds, then you need to make the actual purchase. Detailed instruction: click here

As mentioned already, purchasing an addona if a 2 step process. Check the account and if there is funds in the account, that is a sign that step 2 was not completed.
